Our History
About Click-Consultants — Where Things Click
We founded Click-Consultants in 2011 as a dynamic Mother-Son team who saw something others were missing: workplaces and classrooms were struggling to connect across generations, and it was holding them back. With our unique multigenerational perspectives, we noticed communication breakdowns that were driving challenges in retention, engagement, marketing, and growth.
What started as passionate research — both online and in the field — quickly grew into something more. Our strategies resonated. Demand took off. By the end of 2011, we formed our LLC and began working directly with organizations and groups, delivering keynotes, leading workshops, and providing customized coaching that sparked real, lasting change.
Since then, we’ve expanded far beyond intergenerational communication. Today, we bring expertise in change management, strategic planning, classroom strategies, facilitation, and team building — all designed to help teams, classrooms, and leaders make things click.
